Powder shaking operation: Apply hot melt powder evenly on the film with the pattern printed on it. It is recommended to place the PET film with the short side facing down and the long side parallel to the floor, and then pour the powder into a pile. Shake the film left and right to spread the powder smoothly and evenly over the entire film surface.
Melting powder: Place the film with the pattern and powder printed in a heat press and heat it for about 2 to 5 minutes, with the temperature controlled between 160 and 170 degrees Celsius.
Pre-pressing the fabric: Heat the fabric in a heat press for 2 to 5 seconds to flatten it and remove moisture.
Pattern transfer: Place the PET film with the pattern and powder on the pre-pressed fabric, and heat it at 160 to 170 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 seconds through a heat press to make the film and the fabric tightly bonded. After heating, wait for the fabric and the film on it to completely cool to room temperature, and then carefully peel the film off the fabric.
