Process and precautions ‌
The use of DTF Film requires the use of white ink heat transfer printers and heat presses. The hot stamping temperature is usually 150-160℃, and the pressing time is about 10-15 seconds. Pay attention to the degree of ink drying during operation to avoid water backflow and oil discharge.

Difference from thermal transfer ‌
DTF Film uses PVC heat transfer film as printing material, which is suitable for a variety of fabrics and base colors, while thermal transfer uses thermal paper or tape, which is mainly suitable for light-colored or white polyester fabrics. White ink heat transfer has more advantages in color vividness and pattern clarity.
