UV DTF AB Film
UV DTF AB film is divided into A film and B film.
The A film itself has two layers, the first layer is the base film of the PET printing film, and the second layer is glue with ink-absorbing function. The crystal label printer directly prints the pattern on the ink-absorbing layer. After drying and solidification, the crystal label printer will automatically cover the B film on the A film with the pattern. At this time, the glue and pattern on the A film will be attached to the B film.
After the AB film, UV ink, and varnish pass through the workflow of the UV crystal label printer, they can easily transform into a crystal label with full gloss.
When using UV AB film, tear off the A film without any glue and pattern, directly stick the pattern on the object to be transferred, and then tear off the B film. It is as simple and easy to use as a sticker, but it has more texture and three-dimensional sense.
