Description
DTF PET Film, or DTF (Digital Transfer Film), is a film based on PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) material, which is specially used for digital transfer printing.
DTF PET Film is a PET film with an ink-absorbing printing coating, suitable for digital transfer printing technology. It can print computer-designed patterns on the film with special inks, and then transfer the patterns to various fabrics such as cotton, polyester, denim, silk, leather and nylon by thermal transfer.
Usage
Equipment selection: Choose equipment suitable for DTF PET Film printing, and ensure that the film is wound/unwound through as few guide rollers as possible to avoid scratching and shedding of the coating.
Printing preparation: Install the DTF PET Film correctly on the printer and adjust the printer parameters to adapt to the characteristics of the film.
Printing pattern: After designing the pattern in the computer, print the pattern on the DTF PET Film through the printer.
Powder shaking and drying: Sprinkle hot melt powder evenly on the printed film, and then send it to the drying equipment for drying.
Transfer: Lay the dried film on the fabric, pressurize and heat it through the thermal transfer machine to transfer the pattern to the fabric.
Film tearing: After the pattern is completely transferred, tear the DTF PET Film off the fabric.
