2. Usage method
Preparation: First, you need to prepare equipment and materials such as DTF printer, transfer film, cloth, thermal transfer machine, etc. Make sure that all equipment is in normal working condition and the material quality meets the requirements.
Pattern design and printing: Use professional design software to design and layout the pattern to be transferred. Then, import the designed pattern into the DTF printer for printing. During the printing process, you need to adjust the printer parameters, such as printing speed, ink volume, etc., to ensure the printing quality.
Transfer film processing: After printing, remove the transfer film from the printer. At this time, the printed pattern and a layer of hot melt adhesive powder are attached to the transfer film. In order to enhance the transfer effect, the transfer film can be pre-treated, such as baking or pressing.
Fabric preparation and positioning: Lay the fabric to be transferred flat on the heat transfer machine to ensure that the fabric is flat and wrinkle-free. Then, place the transfer film pattern face down on the fabric and adjust the position to ensure that the pattern is aligned.
Heat transfer process: Set the parameters of the heat transfer machine, such as temperature, time, etc. Then start the heat transfer machine so that the pattern on the transfer film and the hot melt adhesive powder are tightly combined with the fabric at high temperature. After the heat transfer is completed, wait for the fabric to cool down and remove the transfer film, and you can see the pattern transferred on the fabric.
Post-processing: If needed, the transferred fabric can be post-processed, such as trimming the edges, washing, etc. This helps to further improve the clarity and beauty of the pattern.
