Supports 1200 DPI resolution, which can accurately present complex patterns (such as gradients, fine lines, and portraits).
The color saturation is higher than that of traditional thermal transfer, close to the effect of digital direct printing (DTG).

The film is tightly combined with the fabric and can be washed more than 50 times (far more than ordinary thermal transfer paper).
It is not easy to crack when stretched, suitable for sports T-shirts or high-elastic fabrics.

Design preparation
Use AI, Photoshop and other tools to design patterns and save them as CMYK+white channel files.
Confirm the printing size (A4/A3). Complex patterns need to be printed in blocks and then spliced.
Printing film
Print the pattern on the PET release film using a DTF printer (white ink as the base, then overprint CMYK).
After printing, cover with matte/glossy film (optional) to enhance the texture of the pattern.
Heat transfer operation
Equipment requirements: flat heat press (recommended temperature 150-160℃, pressure 4-6kg).
Steps:
a. Lay the T-shirt flat and cover it with a high-temperature cloth (avoid direct contact with the fabric).
b. Place the printed film with the pattern facing down.
c. Heat press for 15-20 seconds and tear off the film after cooling.
