Description
Hot Peel DTF Film is the media used in the DTF printing process, which transfers the printout to applications such as T-shirts. Hot tear film and cold tear film are 2 types of DTF films used for transfer.
The main difference between hot tear film and cold tear film is: hot tear film is more efficient, suitable for large patterns and lower printing temperature (140℃-150℃). Cold tear film can be applied to more types of fabrics, and has higher long-term water fastness and lower cost.

Hot Peel DTF Film is a PET heat transfer film that can be torn off in a very short time (almost immediately after the pressing is completed). This film uses the principle of thermal transfer to transfer patterns to fabrics or other materials. Its main features include:
Quick tearing: After the pressing is completed, it can be torn off almost immediately without waiting for cooling, which improves production efficiency.
Wide application: It is suitable for various fabrics, such as cotton, linen, synthetic fibers, etc., and also for some special fabrics, such as coated fabrics, canvas, etc.
Stable pattern: The pattern after transfer is stable and not easy to fall off or deform.
2. Precautions for use
Printing and drying: When printing the pattern, it is necessary to ensure that the pattern is dry and clear. During the drying process, the appropriate temperature should be adjusted according to the performance of the hot melt powder to avoid the appearance of white spots on the surface of the pattern.
Pressing conditions: Hot Peel DTF Film has certain requirements for the time, temperature, pressure and other conditions of pressing. Usually, it is necessary to press at an appropriate temperature (such as 150-170°C) and time (such as 10-20 seconds) to ensure that the pattern can be completely transferred and firmly attached to the target object.
Tearing off time: When tearing off the second-tear DTF film, it needs to be done immediately after the pressing is completed to avoid the glue from sticking to clothes or materials after cooling, resulting in difficulty in tearing or pattern residue.
