Description
It is a special coated film used for DTF (direct film) printing to transfer patterns to fabric or other materials. It is made into rolls for easy transportation. It usually contains six layers: base layer, release layer, adhesive layer, printing layer, protective layer and antistatic layer.

How to use
Preparation stage:
Ensure that equipment and materials such as printers, thermal transfer machines and DTF transfer films are in good condition.
Adjust the printer settings as needed, such as ink type, printing speed, etc. At the same time, make sure that the printing surface (usually the frosted surface) is placed facing up.
Printing stage:
Place the DTF transfer film on the printer and print according to the predetermined pattern.
After printing, let the transfer film dry naturally or use drying equipment to accelerate the drying process.
Thermal transfer stage:
Apply the dried DTF transfer film to the target object to ensure that the pattern and text fit tightly to the surface of the object.
Use a thermal transfer machine for heating and pressurization. The heating temperature and pressurization time should be adjusted according to the specific material and type of transfer film.
Tear-off stage:
After the thermal transfer is completed, choose the right time to tear it off from the target object according to the type of transfer film (hot tear or cold tear). The tearing should be as smooth and even as possible to avoid damage to the pattern.
Precautions
Make sure that the ink used is compatible with the DTF transfer film and printer to ensure the printing quality and durability of the pattern.
During the thermal transfer process, the heating temperature and pressurization time should be strictly controlled to avoid damage to the target object or affect the transfer effect of the pattern.
Keep the operating environment clean and dry to avoid dust and moisture affecting the printing and transfer process.
DTF transfer film should be placed in a cool and dry place during storage to avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment that may cause material aging or deterioration.
