How to use

2. Heating
After printing, send the DTF PET Film Roll with the pattern into the heating equipment for preheating. The purpose of this step is to make the ink on the film more stable and increase its adhesion to the subsequent transfer material.
3. Powdering
Sprinkle hot melt powder evenly on the printed pattern. The purpose is to provide sufficient adhesion during the transfer process so that the pattern can be firmly attached to the target material. When sprinkling powder, make sure that the powder covers the entire pattern and avoid too much powder remaining in the blank area.
4. Shake powder
Use a powder shaking machine to shake off excess powder from the pattern. It is to remove powder that is not attached to the pattern to ensure the smooth progress of the transfer process.
5. Baking
The printed DTF PET Film Roll is sent to the baking equipment for baking. The purpose of baking is to make the hot melt powder form a film and fix the pattern.
6. Transfering.
During the transfer process, the temperature and pressure should be controlled to ensure that the pattern can be fully attached to the target material and have a good feel.
