Matte release heat transfer film is a film made of PET (polyester) material of polyester and polypropylene. Its surface is specially treated to have a matte effect, and the back is coated with an antistatic layer to ensure that it can be smoothly separated from the carrier during the transfer process.

1. Features

2. Process
Design pattern: Design pattern or text according to customer needs and make it into a printed version.
Printing: Print the designed pattern or text on the matte release heat transfer film. The printing process usually adopts silk screen printing or color printing to ensure the clarity and color vividness of the pattern.
Transfer: Place the printed matte release heat transfer film on the surface of the object to be transferred, and transfer the pattern or text to the object by heating and pressurizing. The transfer temperature is usually between 150160℃, and the transfer time is about 815 seconds.
Cooling and curing: After the transfer is completed, the object is cooled and cured to ensure the firmness of the pattern or text on the surface of the object.
