Usage
Preparation stage: Print out the pattern to be heat-printed, and align the flat release heat transfer film with the pattern. At the same time, prepare the heat transfer machine.
Hot stamping process: Place the film on the heating plate of the heat transfer machine and adjust the appropriate temperature and pressure. Usually, the hot stamping temperature is 130-150℃ and the time is 8-15 seconds. Place the substrate on the film and start the hot stamping machine for hot stamping.
Cooling and separation: After hot stamping is completed, wait for the film to cool naturally. Then, gently peel off the film to ensure that the hot stamping pattern remains intact on the substrate.

Precautions
Storage conditions: Flat release hot stamping film should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment.
Operating environment: Keep the operating environment clean and dry to avoid dust and impurities affecting the hot stamping effect.
Hot stamping parameters: According to the material and thickness of the substrate, adjust the appropriate hot stamping temperature and time to ensure the quality of hot stamping.
