CMYK Offset Heat Transfer Film is a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) material made by a special process. It can accurately transfer color patterns to substrates of various materials at high temperatures while maintaining the vividness and clarity of the pattern. This film has a release effect and can be easily separated from the substrate after hot stamping without leaving any traces.

Usage
Preparation stage:
Print the pattern to be heat-printed in color and ensure the clarity and color vividness of the pattern.
Align the color-printed pattern with the release heat-printing film to ensure the correct position of the pattern.
Prepare the heat-printing machine and adjust the appropriate temperature and pressure.
Hot-printing process:
Place the release heat-printing film on the heating plate of the heat-printing machine and cover it with the substrate.
Start the heat-printing machine for high-temperature hot-printing. Usually, the hot-printing temperature is 130180℃ and the time is 520 seconds. The specific parameters need to be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the substrate.
After hot-printing, wait for the film to cool naturally.
Separation and curing:
Gently peel off the release heat-printing film to ensure that the pattern remains intact on the substrate.
Perform curing treatment as needed to improve the adhesion and durability of the pattern.

Precautions
Storage conditions: Color-printed release heat-printing films should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment.
Operating environment: Keep the operating environment clean and dry to avoid dust and impurities affecting the hot stamping effect.
Hot stamping parameters: According to the material and thickness of the substrate, adjust the appropriate hot stamping temperature and time to ensure the quality of hot stamping.
Film selection: According to customer needs and pattern characteristics, select the appropriate film thickness and gloss effect.
Safe operation: When operating the heat press machine, pay attention to personal protection to avoid safety accidents such as burns or electric shock.
