Characteristics and classification
Hot tear characteristics:
The main release component of the hot tear film is wax, which has a slightly poor ink absorption performance, and small letters are easy to fall off, but the surface brightness is high after cooling.
Hot tearing is suitable for occasions where fast transfer is required and high requirements for color brightness are required.
The peeling temperature is usually between 100~150℃.
Cold tear characteristics:
The main release component of cold tear film is silicon, the product has good stability, and the color is matte after cooling.
Cold tearing is suitable for occasions with high requirements for pattern texture or low requirements for color brightness.
Peeling needs to be done at a temperature below 55℃ to avoid tearing the heat transfer pattern.

Application and operation
Application range:
Hot and cold tear-off heat transfer films are widely used in personalized customization and decoration in clothing, shoes and hats, luggage, handbags and other industries.
It is also suitable for heat transfer products of various water-based/oil-based screen printing inks and special heat transfer.
Operation process:
Prepare transfer materials: such as clothes, heat transfer films, etc.
Use a heat transfer machine or a steam-free iron to heat the heat transfer film and press it on the material.
According to the selected hot and cold tear type, tear off the film at the appropriate temperature. Hot tearing is usually torn off immediately at high temperature, while cold tearing needs to be done after cooling.
Precautions
