DTF Film A3

DTF Film A3 refers to the size of DTF Film, 420mm × 297mm, which is twice the size of A4 paper. It is used to make small-area labels or patterns, suitable for common printing equipment and application scenarios, easy to purchase and use, and lower cost.

Directly put the A3 size DTF film into the equipment for printing and transfer operations. Greatly improve production efficiency.

How to use
Image processing: Use professional printing software (such as RIIN, Flexiprint, CADlink, Maintop, etc.) to pre-process the images to be printed, adjust their size, resolution and other parameters to ensure that they are suitable for A3 size.
Printing: Send the designed pattern to an A3 size printer that supports DTF technology. The printer will print the color ink and white ink layers on the DTF film in the set order.
Powdering: Evenly sprinkle hot melt adhesive powder on the newly printed pattern (make sure to cover the white ink layer of the pattern). This step can be automated through the automatic shaking function of the powder shaking machine.
Baking: Use the printer’s built-in drying function or a separate baking device to solidify the adhesive powder.
Transfer: Place the DTF film with the pattern on the fabric to be transferred, and use a heat press to heat it at an appropriate temperature and pressure to transfer the pattern to the fabric.
Finished: Tear the film off the fabric (cold tear or hot tear according to the type of film), and the DTF design is successfully transferred to the fabric.

Applicable Ink and printer
Ink:
Pigment ink: bright colors, high saturation, and good waterproof and light fastness.
DTF special ink: ink designed specifically for DTF technology, with better adhesion and transfer effect.
Printer:
A3 size DTF printer: such as Rainbowdgt’s Peacock33, Fcolor’s ZYJJ-1800I, etc. These printers have high-precision, multi-color printing capabilities and support DTF technology.
Print head: such as Epson XP600, XP3200, etc. These print heads can provide high-quality printing effects.
