DTF Transfer Film, or DTF transfer film, is a key material used in digital heat transfer technology. HaiYi DTF Transfer Film is a transfer film specifically used for DTF (Direct-to-Film) technology. It uses thin film materials such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate) as the substrate. Through special coating treatment, it can carry and transfer high-resolution patterns and text. DTF technology is mainly used in personalized customization fields such as clothing and textiles. The designed pattern is printed on the DTF transfer film, and then the pattern is transferred to the target object by thermal transfer.
How to use HaiYi DTF Transfer Film
Design pattern: Use professional design software to design the pattern to be transferred.
Print pattern: Print the designed pattern on the DTF transfer film through a DTF printer. During the printing process, special ink matching the DTF printer is required.
Dust and bake: Evenly sprinkle hot melt powder (shake powder) on the printed pattern, and then put the transfer film into the baking equipment for high-temperature color fixing.
Thermal transfer: Lay the processed DTF transfer film together with the target object (such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) and put it into the thermal transfer machine for heat pressing transfer. After the heat pressing is completed, the pattern can be firmly attached to the target object.
