Material Structure
1) Color Ink Layer
The printed CMYK layer forms the visible graphics and color appearance on the surface.
2) White Ink Texture Layer (Stacked White Ink)
White ink can be built up in layers to create fine texture patterns and dimensional details, adding a more tactile 3D look after transfer.
3) PU layer (Polyurethane resin)
Provides a soft and elastic base for apparel applications.
4) TPU hot-melt adhesive (heat-activated bonding)
Activated during heat pressing to bond with the fabric.
5) PET carrier
Supports the film during production and is peeled off during the transfer process.

Description

1. Material: TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), soft, elastic, washable, and stretchable.

Form: A roll of film with a 3D embossed/textured surface.

Process: Using a heat transfer machine, heat and pressure are applied to transfer the pattern 3D onto clothing, shoes, and bags.

2. Key Features:

Strong 3D Effect: Has a distinct embossed feel, not a flat print.

Soft and Elastic: Stretches with the fabric without cracking, hardening, or irritating the skin.

High Durability: Washable, abrasion-resistant, and flexural; does not fade or crack.

3. Difference from ordinary printing and ordinary TPU film:
Ordinary heat transfer film: flat.

TPU 3D stereoscopic printing film: three-dimensional, thick, and textured.
