Description
Sublimation transfer film is one of HaiYi Heat transfer films, also known as thermal sublimation transfer film, is a special transfer material. It transfers images or text to the surface of different materials through thermal sublimation technology. During the heating process, the dye on the film will sublimate into a gaseous state and then penetrate into the surface of the substrate, forming a colorful and lifelike transfer effect.

5. Usage
Prepare materials: Prepare the thermal sublimation transfer film, substrate (such as mobile phone case, ceramic plate, etc.) and printer.
Print image: Use a thermal sublimation printer to print the image on the thermal sublimation transfer film. Note that it should be printed on the coated surface (frosted surface) with the white side facing up.
Drying: Dry the printed thermal sublimation transfer film to remove moisture and excess dye on the film.
Transfer: Lay the dried thermal sublimation transfer film on the surface of the substrate and use a thermal transfer machine for heating transfer. The heating temperature and time should be adjusted according to the specific materials and requirements.
Cooling and peeling: After the transfer is completed, let the substrate cool naturally for a period of time, then gently peel off the thermal sublimation transfer film to get the transferred image.
