Sublimation film is a film used for thermal transfer, mainly used to transfer patterns or text to the surface of various materials. The main component of sublimation film is water-based unsaturated resin polymer, which has tear and bending resistance and can form an elastic film after drying. Sublimation film is widely used in thermal sublimation transfer processes of various materials, such as mobile phone cases, keycaps, headphone covers, plastic products, hardware products, etc.

How to use
Prepare materials: Cut the sublimation film into the required size and ensure that its surface is clean, flat and scratch-free. At the same time, prepare the thermal transfer machine, substrates (such as mobile phone cases, keycaps, etc.) and thermal sublimation ink.
Printing pattern: Put the sublimation film into the thermal transfer printer, select the correct printing parameters (such as resolution, color mode, etc.), and then print the required pattern. Note that when printing, make sure that the coating surface (frosted surface) faces up, that is, the white side faces up.
Drying treatment: Put the printed sublimation film into the oven for drying treatment. The drying temperature is generally between 60 and 150 degrees. The drying time depends on the specific situation to ensure that the coating is completely dry.
Thermal transfer operation: Place the dried sublimation film flat on the substrate, and then put the substrate into the thermal transfer machine for thermal transfer operation. The thermal transfer temperature and time should be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the substrate to ensure that the pattern can be completely transferred to the substrate.
Cooling and peeling: After the thermal transfer is completed, take out the substrate and cool it for a period of time, then gently peel off the sublimation film to get the substrate with the pattern.

Printing parameter setting: When printing the pattern, the appropriate printing parameters should be selected according to the type of sublimation film and the material of the substrate to ensure the printing effect and pattern quality.
Drying temperature and time: The drying temperature and time have a great influence on the molding effect of the sublimation film and the transfer effect of the pattern, and should be adjusted according to the specific situation.
Thermal transfer temperature and time: The thermal transfer temperature and time should be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the substrate to avoid deformation of the substrate or damage to the pattern due to excessive temperature or too long time.
Storage and transportation: The sublimation film should be stored in a dry, cool, ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment. During transportation, ensure that the sublimation film is not squeezed and collided to maintain its integrity and performance.
