High precision and high definition
HaiYi DTF uses digital inkjet printing to achieve a resolution of 1440dpi or even higher, with rich pattern details and natural color transitions, especially suitable for complex designs and small text printing.
White ink can cover dark fabrics, ensuring that the patterns on dark clothes are equally bright.
Wide material adaptability
Applicable to a variety of fabrics such as cotton, polyester, nylon, silk, leather, and even non-fabric substrates such as glass, wood, and metal, expanding the application field.
Environmental protection and safety
The use of water-based ink reduces volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions and complies with environmental regulations.
After curing, hot melt powder has no odor, meets international safety standards such as OEKO-TEX®, and is suitable for clothing that comes into contact with the skin.
Easy to operate and cost-effective
No traditional printing processes such as plate making and color matching are required, shortening the production cycle and reducing labor costs.
