\nPreparation: Make sure that the equipment such as printer, ink, transfer film and heat press are ready. At the same time, clean the material to be transferred to ensure that the surface is clean and free of oil and dust.
\nPrinting pattern: Place Laser Glitter DTF Film on the printer and fix it. Use high-quality ink to print the required pattern and text on the film. During the printing process, ensure the uniform distribution of ink and the clarity of the pattern. In addition, the printing settings need to be adjusted according to the model of the printer and the type of ink to obtain the best printing effect.
\nHot pressing transfer: Place the printed transfer film on the material to be transferred and ensure that the pattern fits tightly to the surface of the material. Then, use a heat press to perform hot pressing so that the pattern is firmly transferred to the material. The temperature and time of hot pressing should be adjusted according to different material and pattern requirements. During the hot pressing process, ensure that the pressure is uniform and the temperature is moderate to avoid deformation or damage to the pattern.
\nCooling and tearing the film: After the hot pressing is completed, cool the material for a period of time. Then, gently tear off the bottom film of the transfer film to get the complete pattern. During the film tearing process, be careful not to damage the pattern or leave residue.<\/p>\n
